Urban League of Greater Cleveland Small Business Development Center SBDC Grand Opening June 22, 2004, The Urban League of Greater Cleveland opened its new division, Small Business Development Center (SBDC), door to all new small business starters. It was a first class test drive!. The Grand Opening is July 1, 2004. Myron Robinson, President & CEO, welcomes the class. Michael Obi, COO, introduces the SBDC to the class.
