Myron Robinson
Announces Retirement

For thirty-seven (37) years, my life and that of my family except for a period in the corporate sector has been dedicated to the work of the Urban League and serving people. What an inspirational and spiritual experience it has been! If I were to re-write my work life, my hope is that God would allow me to walk the same path.

After much thought and careful deliberation with family, colleagues and current and past Board Chairs, I have announced my retirement as President and CEO of the Urban League of Greater Cleveland, effective July 1, 2007. While I look forward to enjoying my retirement, I will stay in the city and pursue some business ventures as well as work with the Cleveland Urban League as an Advisor.

I thank you for the support, guidance, encouragement and wonderful partnerships that have been formed during these last 16 years here in Cleveland. I am looking forward to this new challenge and to starting a new phase of my life.

Myron F. Robinson
